ORMA S.C.a.R.L. is an Italian Consortium that mainly deals with Design, Supply & Build in the Construction Industry. MeTIS Holding LTD has been incorporated in Malta by some of the Leaders of ORMA S.C.a.R.L.; this is the reason why the Board of Directors and the Shareholders of ORMA are quite the same as MeTIS Holding LTD's and MeTIS Trading LTD's ones.
